Q. Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, absolutely. We’ve got a detailed tutorial showing how to point your domain name to your Pro Service Site. We can even do it for you.
Q. Am I allowed to cancel at any time?
Yes, billing is on a month to month basis and you can cancel at any time right from your admin area. We are confident you won’t want to though.
Q. Do I need a web host?
Nope, we host your site for you.
Q. Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, you can get 2 months free by going with the yearly plan.
Q. Can I keep my existing email address?
Yes of course. We don’t provide email service directly at Pro Service Sites but it’s available where you have your domain name hosted (Ex. Godaddy, Namecehap, etc.). You can have an email address like firstname.lastname@example.org usually for a very small fee (starting at around $4 a year or so).
Q. Is anyone available to help me if I need it?
Yes, we have built in a full ticketing support system right into your admin area. You can get help anytime you need it. If you’d like help over the phone, you have that option as well as live chat when available.
Q. How long are your contracts?
All plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan.
Q. Can I change my plan later on?
Yes, you can change from a monthly plan to a yearly plan at any time and vice versa.
