Making a payment

All payments are made automatically using the credit card on file. Once you setup a credit card for billing, you do not need to do anything else. If you want to make changes to your account at any time you can do so by visiting

  • Downgrade your account
  • Update your credit card details
  • Cancel your account
  • View details of your account

If you’ve received an email stating that your payment was declined, you should log into your site immediately to correct the issue to avoid having your service disrupted. If your service has already been disrupted, visit your website and click the link to log in and update your payment information. Simply enter a new credit card and click Subscribe. Your payment will go through immediately and your site will be back online.
